The majority of people actually have a positive moral compass, however when someone decides to step out of the box, this naturally jars the masses that are bound to self-made limitation. It was Einstein who said: “Great spirits have always found violent opposition from mediocrities. The latter cannot understand it when a man does not thoughtlessly submit to hereditary prejudices but honestly and courageously uses his intelligence.”
When you decide to live in a certain way, to live by your OWN spiritual values, very likely you will come up against some opposition or derision. When you make a decision to become successful (however you define success), you will notice so called “friends” either try to talk you out of it (which is none of their business) or some will become envious.
Everything in life has a price. Nothing can be removed without being replaced. And nothing can be replaced without being removed. If you find yourself in a position where your current crowd of associates are extremely negative and if you are working on becoming a positive member of society (who wants a better life), some people will naturally demagnetize from you. This can feel sad. However, rest assured that new people will come your way: souls that want you to win, who believe in you and who believe in cooperation rather than competition.
